A2: Yes, we offer full customization including size, color, shape/structure, and digital logo printing. OEM and ODM orders are warmly welcomed.
Q3: What materials do you use for your inflatable products?

A3: We use high-quality, waterproof, UV-resistant, and fire-retardant PVC or Oxford fabric to ensure durability, safety, and long-term outdoor use.
Q4: How do you guarantee product quality?

A4: All products are strictly tested before shipping, including air leakage test, printing inspection, and stitching strength check. We also provide a 1–2 year warranty depending on the product type.
Q5: What services can you provide besides inflatable tents?

A5: We also supply inflatable arches, advertising columns, inflatable furniture, projection screens, and aluminum frame tents. We provide package solutions for outdoor events and brand promotions.

Q6: How long is the production and delivery time?

A6: Normally 5-7 days for standard orders, and urgent orders can be arranged within 5 days. We cooperate with reliable shipping partners to support global delivery.
Q7: Do you accept small quantity or sample orders?

A7: Yes, we support sample orders for quality checking before bulk purchase. For inflatable products, the MOQ is 1 piece.
Q8: Can inflatable tents be used in different weather conditions?

A8: Yes, our tents are waterproof, wind-resistant, and UV-protected. For strong weather, we recommend using sandbags, ropes, and metal stakes for extra stability.
